Through this program, Urban Transportation Planning Division staff provides technical and administrative services in updating the Congestion Management System (CMS). 

The CMS, which is updated every three years, provides a systematic process for addressing congestion by providing information on transportation system performance and alternative transportation strategies.  The last CMS update adopted by RAMPO was on March 8, 2001.
